Update: Changes to Our Chinese Visa Application Process
We would like to inform all clients of an important update to the way we handle Chinese visa applications. Previously, applicants were required to:
- Create their own account in the Chinese visa online system
- Complete the online application form themselves, upload their documents, then share the login details for us to review.
To provide a smoother and more efficient experience, we are now fully managing the online application process on your behalf.
Going forward:
- Clients will complete a handwritten visa application form (provided by our office).
- Clients will email us scanned copies of all required supporting documents.
This new process allows us to:
- Save you time and simplify the overall process
- Minimize delays caused by technical problems
By handling the online submission ourselves, we can better monitor each application and ensure it meets the latest consular requirements.
If you are applying for a Chinese visa:
- Request the updated handwritten application form from our office
- Complete the form clearly and accurately
- Email us the completed form along with all required supporting documents
