The Notarization service is created to walk anyone through the steps necessary to obtain notarization services. We review and advise each case. Any additional requirements due to special cases will be evaluated by a local licensed Notary. Everything needed is explained below.

 

STEP BY STEP

 

There is a process to get your documents notarized. Notaries must bear witness to you sign documents.

 

STEP 1 Bring the following:

 

  1.  IDENTIFICATION
    • Current and issued the last 5 years. State, Passport, Green Card, Military
    • If no ID, two people with ID themselves must be present (Allowed under Civil Code)
  2.  ORDER FORM
    • Form for Visa Network contact, shipping, and billing purposes

Allow 2 Days for scheduling. Faster appointment times are possible, but sometimes difficult depending on demand.
