For Intel employees who reside in Costa Rica
For countries such as China which do not have an embassy or consulate in Costa Rica, Visa Network can assist with obtaining visas for the Costa Rican employees as well as the U.S. expatriates who reside in Costa Rica.
Travellers without Green Cards (U.S.A. Resident) or a U.S. Visa must travel to San Francisco with an I-94 to obtain a Visa to China..
Option one
When the travel date is 8 days away from the time the employee receives the travel order and visa number:
Please send the passport and supporting documentation to VisaNetwork via overnight express mail. The visa will be processed within one to two working days.
Option two
If the travel date is fewer than 7 days from the time the employee receives the travel order and visa number:
We recommend the employee coming to VisaNetwork with the necessary paperwork before 1pm. For emergency case Visa Network can process the visa in 24 hours.
